A New Chapter: Now Licensed on Kauai

Some places just feel different the moment you arrive. For me, Kauai has always been one of those places.

In case you didn’t know, I used to live on the island full-time with my brother, Arizona. While I left to travel the world and met my now husband, he has now been there for over a decade. As much as I love Northern AZ, it’s always been on my goal list to find a way to spend more time on the island than we already do (do we hear second home incoming?!). So this is the start to being able to do that.

My connection to Kauai is much deeper than loving time on the beach- it’s a genuine connection to the lifestyle, the community, and the feeling that life moves a little more intentionally there.

That’s why I’m incredibly excited to share that I’m now licensed in Hawaii and serving clients on Kauai. I will be specifically setting aside a week for showing appointments June 19th-25th, so if you or anyone you know would like to view property on the island or have property you’re thinking of selling- please reach out to me!

This next chapter feels especially meaningful because it brings together two places I truly love: Northern Arizona and Kauai. While they’re very different in landscape, they share something important in common- people choose them for a lifestyle, not just a property.

Real estate has never been just about transactions for me. It’s about helping people create a life that feels aligned with where they want to be, whether that’s finding more space, more peace, more adventure, or simply a fresh start.

I’m grateful for the trust my clients continue to place in me, and I’m excited to expand that experience to the island I’ve come to care so deeply about.

Whether you’re local to Kauai, relocating, investing, or simply dreaming about a future there someday, I’d love to be a resource for you.

Here’s to new beginnings, new connections, and a very exciting season ahead.
